Sometimes a warranty is that great

So my 04 Termi is covered under a bumper 2 bumper warranty. I've encountered a issue that have had with a previous STANG that needs to be resolved. The rack n pinion bushings are bad & possiable the ball joints. I've took my car in
Twice now and they tell me
It's not normal for this car .... Ummm BS. I even told them exactly what to look for and still nothing. I'm bringing it in yet again but need a suggestion in how to approach this without punching someone out in the process.

Clearly I could do it myself but what's the point of warranty when I gotta get dirty right.

Help ??!!!!!

Ask them to show you what they do or do not see. Then show them what you see or what you think is messed up. If they don't allow you to then idk if I would mess with them anymore

Correction above : I meant that I've been told it is normal rather than not. But anyway, yeah will def ask them to show me on the lift. When you drive a mustang for so long you learn what's normal and what's broke. Thanks bro.
