Retro-styled Black plates for californiA

Was just reading a post on hemmings blog regarding a bill that is going into vote on April 9, this will allow us to order custom license plates on our newer cars. Black with yellow... Will go great on my mustang will make it look more original. Once the bill passes 2,500 paid applicants will have to be received once the bill passes. Then will the program move forward and new retro style will be enthusiast.
I'm so excised. My car will look do good with those plates...
