Re: What did you do with your Mustang today

Still thinking of my Stangs and how I could get in one right now and go drive it down the street....instead of walking down a road with a sandstorm going on. My back seat of the GT is more comfortable then the beds we have here sad huh? lol Also, looked at pictures of my cobra I got while I've been gone.

Drove around for a bit, grabbed some parts I needed to install this gauge. I wish I had the money to just put three in at once.

Hit the auto x, (i ran a 62.4 run on destroyed street sumiutomos, stock suspension with just intake and catback. Best was 58.2, 07 sti with 25k mods, 2nd was a ls3 powered fiero @ 58.6, 3rd 2011 gtr alpha one. (Low boost 720 hp) 61.2 plus 3 cones... which they didn't charge him for. I want track tires and 2500$ in suspension mods... oh and I crushed a brand new evo... he ran 71.2. Garbage slow haha.

Just curious how you set up this gauge pod. Is it custom or where did you purchase it? Looks nice

Its crazy fun man. Def go out, talk to the organizers and see if you can shadow marshal so you get an idea. Often you will find guys that will give you a ride along which is great fun. Don't worry about being a little slow your first few times. It takes a little practice that's all. Most guys are happy to help out a new guy. My best tip is get it into second asap, and leave it there. A good auto x course will max out at 60 mph so I never use third. I have started using my 1-2 chirp to line the car up tho haha.

Just drove home from work in the worst rain storm I have ever been in.. 40mph on the freeway and huge puddles of water that I thought for sure would splash into my intake. I literally thought I was going to die.

Was sorta followed from my house to about 1 mile 1/2 from my house by a g6, got flashed buy yeah right like ima stop. It turned around and left, my mom called me telling me about it leaving behind me. It went into our neighborhood and turned around, as I walked to my whip, and waited by the exit till I was leaving the hood. I saw the break an reverse lights go on, when they passed reverse, I didnt care I passed em an left-stay outta my way-. That's when they seemed to follow. While all this was happening in my mind only was, they wont catch me =}„ told my mom the same when she called,,,, on my way to work almost got hit by a reject that doesn't know they can't switch lanes while another car is in it. I braked and honked, they went back into their lane and passed em in high 2nd, like a beast ÷}„ Damn what a night

It looks good, and I am really digging that shifter. Where did you get the shifter from and does it get hot during the summer months???

Finally went out to make sure my car has 3.73s. I don't trust anyone when buying a used vehicle. So, it does.
