They actually were the stock gray bullits
But I just tapped off the chrome lip before spraying them
I just washed them pretty good with a sponge let it dry then sprayed it

Re: What did you do with your Mustang today

Re-cleaned my baby after going to a Doctors appt. This morning and come out to my car to find a person cleaning the parking lot with those damn useless blowers and dirt all over her.....I grabbed the guy and told him to blow the dirt off, which he did, but I still had to clean her when I got home.

Nah like the wheels were gray before and had the chrome lip
I taped up the chrome lip so it would be there and not get painted over

The only prep you have to do to use plasti dip is cleaning the surface. No sanding or anything.

I removed the spoiler to see how it would look. Not sure how I like it. Plus it looks pretty rough where the spoiler sat. Tried to post pics, but the app keeps crashing on me. Try later.

It doesn't look bad, maybe take a pic from the back of it to get a better look at it.

I painted my gas cap and wheels black
And my calipers red!
I think all I need now is a black spoiler
Any thoughts?

The distanced, cell-phone quality picture makes it look pretty good... but it's wrecked. I nosedived into a ditch, and there's too much damage to repair. I'm buying the truck in the picture.

Thanks. I'm not pissed off, it's kind of upsetting though. The deal on this truck was one I could not pass, the timing was remarkable, and who can argue with a 6.0l? It's not nearly as fun, fast, or attractive as the Mustang, but I needed something to haul my music/band equipment and this fit the bill nicely

Washed it with mcguires waterless car wash, then it poured on it at work. I knew I should have driven the camaro and left the mustang in the garage.
