Not bad. Unrealistic to the max but way entertaining. It was like expendables with cars. Ending was good though. Couldn't tell where he died in the filming really.

Drove to MRT and picked up the Mustang, new engine is running great. Leisurely drive home until I can get the dyno tuning. ZERO confidence in taking it into boost on the BBR supplied tune. Was nice to get it out after almost a year.

What did you do with your Mustang today

I completely understand, I have a car that I would have the same regret if I had to sell it. Honestly, I don't think I could bring myself to do it. It's just so important to me. My family paid for most of the restoration, but I worked on it and worked at my local YMCA, for a summer. I didn't receive a single penny from them. I put all I made that summer in the car, it wasn't much, but it was all I had. I've had some of the happiest memories of my life in the car. Being I was with friends terrorizing my town, or with family. Every car show I get an offer and all of them are turned down, foolish or generous, it doesn't matter. The sentimental value is more to us than any number. But I hope you have enough to buy her back, it is truly a beautiful car...
This is the one I'm talking about...

Same for my car, even if I got an offer for double what I have into it I don't think I could part ways with it to many memories building it with my dad and grandpa and just the satisfaction driving down the freeway at 70 knowing that every bolt on that car has had my fingers on it is pretty unreal to me sometimes.

That how my impala looked. Which I've been offered some substantial amounts of money for it, but it's like the car becomes a part of you, I can't tell you how many times I go out and just look at that car, for hours. It's so special to me and I know you feel the same way. A restoration will do that to you, make you so attached to the car it makes you sick just thinking about the idea of parting ways. Which I haven't driven her since August and I'm wanting to, badly. I just feel so at peace in it. I've got the parts for her, just waiting on the arrival. And thinking of a possible muffler change...
The new stuff is great but there's nothing like a classic...

I know I wash/detail it more than I drive it but you're right about a classics there just nothing like driving one. They are just so basic nothing, nothing to distract you you can actually feel the road and I love how mine handles even with manual steering. I can't go much more than a week with out driving her especially her in Cali 75 and blue sky's.... What more could you ask for.

Which mine doesn't have any performance mods, maybe exhaust and tires but that's it. It appeals to my type of car enjoyment, cruising. I don't like WOT and nothing near it. I go nice and slow, listening to the exhaust and attempting a perfect gear change, and enjoying my Kentucky home. That's my kind of enjoyment. Which when filling up at a gas station you'll have a lot more people complement/ask about your car than a modern one, at least in my area. I get a lot more compliments/questions about my impala than my Roush, even with it saying 427 on it. Then again I'm in bow tie country...
Now I just need to finish my Challenger, and find/buy the next project...

Drove 2 friends to a bible study. Finding parking was a pita, ended up taking the wrong street, got on the highway accidentally, and had to get off and turn around to go back to where we needed to be. Should have been 35 minutes, turned into an hour and 25 minutes

So, you've got the 200 right? Do you know what it's making with your mods, just curious if it's faster than my chevy. I'm assuming so, the weight difference is a big gap and you're probably close to my cars power figures...

Yeah 200 and no idea, although my old auto shop teacher at my high school has a dyno and has "open shop" Nights where I can come dyno my car for free... It just has a little head work, cam, electronic ignition and a dual header, exhaust with 2.5 ss flowmasters and surprisingly sounds pretty BA personally

Don't take this the wrong way, but that sounded some much better than what I was expecting. What exhaust system are you running?
I didn't know your car was flat blue! That's awesome!
Ha, just like my chevy, pumping that gas pedal to get it started, gotta love a carbureted car...
