Went to a local Mustang Club show. Lots of nice cars. Surprised how many GT350 were there. One guy from CO even had a 69 429 almost all original. I wasn't in the show just looking trying to get an idea of what exhausts are popular here.

Let my girlfriend drive it just so I could hear the exhaust as she drove away

Added a spacer to tighten my SR Performance short throw shifter spring and added a rubber gasket. While the gasket does quiet it a little, I did both so that I could stop accidentally slipping past the reverse lockout. Apparently the way I shift into 1st or 2nd, I lean the stick and slightly press it in. Doing both of these gives me more control.

Didn't use one of those $16 gaskets though. $2 from Lowes from the plumbing department and a pair of scissors. Could make two from that piece too.

I am right there with you. Had it for 2 1/2 years and she has never been behind the wheel... She does like to ride shotgun if I keep my foot out of it.

Ha, thanks. I've had a bunch of stuff sitting around forever. Wife is out of town, so I finally had a chance to get stuff done. SHR louvers are next. Then I'm done for a good while, until I go FI.

Did the springs on the back. Looks like I'll probably need an adjustable panhard bar. Finish up the front tomorrow with lower control arms for the rear end.

Installed the Roush toolbox to my trunk lid yesterday. Did not get that when I order the car and been kicking myself since. Kinda pricey but had to have it, especially since it is a Roush build.
