Hey, where did you order the wrap from? I'm thinking about trying that on my car

Now that you mention it, there would be a bit of a Lexus appearance.

The vinyl is from Avery and the color is SW900-677-0 Blue it's sold by the running foot,60" x what length you need,I believe it's 5 foot increments, the 5x5 ran for my hood ran me 45.00. Avery is a good brand of vinyl from what I've seen and I bought mine on eBay.

I think it's more of a convenance type of thing, some don't have the means to do all the prep work for spraying let alone a place to spray a car so the next best thing is vinyl, just wipe off the vehicle with a grease and wax cleaner and then apply the vinyl wrap making sure the car surface is clean,no major prep work needed just time.

Unfortunately with vinyl you lose the gloss and depth that paint gives.

^ not always. If you've ever seen a good wrap you wouldn't know it's a wrap.

Good to know I wasn't the only one thinking this. 😂

Toyota has that styling on the Camry and Pruis as well. Was thinking about doing the same with my 2nd gen Toyota Sienna. 3rd gen kinda has the look already as well.

I've seen wraps that look like wet paint and I've seen dull wraps, the good is my hood is prepped if I decide to paint it if I don't like the wrap or mess it up.
If I deside to paint it I'll just run a DA over the whole car with 4 or 600 wet and dry and then spray it in my garage and stay with the black so I don't need to worry about door jams and on the other side if I do wrap the car I just need to clean it with soap and water and then use a wax and grease cleaner.

Picked up the mustang after the gear swap. And... Forgot the tuner so I had to drive home without the ratio changed... At 55 speedometer was reading about 75. Glad the gps shows my speed. LOL

Updated ratio while changing out to the Bama 93 Race tune. Gonna give that one a try for a bit.

Put rear springs, sway bar and control arm on now my suspension is done for now.
New shocks all the way around, new springs all the way around, new sway bars front and back, rear control arms, new tires put on last year with less then 20 miles on them......ill see if I need to put on the cc plates when I get it aligned.
My seat brackets showed up today so now just waiting for seats and 4 bank chip I had them recalibrate for free.....

Share some advice I was told by a very wise young man 😉. Not just advice but fact as well.

Hello

I took her to her first Cars and Coffee.

She turned heads and I got my first thumbs up while driving her.
