(fuel door, not gas cap -- sorry i'm a grammar nazi...)
it's extra weight on your car, but it's aerodynamic, so it evens out.

Just put in fake leather half seat covers so my dogs hair doesn't stick all over the seat and I received my hood struts but it started raining.

I have the same seat cover. Hopefully you have better luck with yours than I have with mine. The covers refuse to stay in place. My cover is over a leather seat and it slides.

What did you do with your Mustang today

Mines on cloth and so far just from sitting and getting in and out they seem ok. My sons girlfriend got the loops hooked nice and tight under the seat,know way we're my hands doing it,head rests are a joke but for now they will work.

I had to modify the cover to accept the New Edge head rest. Nothing a pocket knife couldn't handle.

As for the loops under the seats. I considered removing the seat after 30 min of fighting. I ended up grabbing the opposite side with a j shaped rod while standing on my head.

Toss it. it's weighing your car down, & costing you extra $ in fuel.
Henry Ford would probably say having both is extreme & a waste.

I'm always cereal.
Fuel door is one more thing to go wrong;
less weight = improved fuel economy

You do know the aftermarket ones weigh less than the factory stamped steel right? And if the worry is fuel economy then a honda should be the way to go
