I wouldn't take anything she says seriously.

Was going to put the car on a lift to put in my MGW shifter and OR H pipe, but the wife wanted to go shopping. Makes up for all the car parts I've recently bought.

While technically you are right, I think your argument is like saying adding pin stripes hurts mpg.

Yesterday, I was full of sugar, grease, & dizzy from rides, & I'm still always right.
I don't know how/why you wanna disagree that weight reduction improves fuel economy.

It seems to be ok,I've only run stock and performance being I have not used up my 87 to refill with 91,the exhaust clip I put up has it set on performance, when I go to stock the idle drops down a tad,I leve it in performance.

Having a issue with my lap top recognizing the SCT but I needed to update my windows 10,think it was trying to update when I tried to do the SCT update and the two programer were not playing well together hahaha.

I'm going to do 2 tunes 1 economy 89 Octane,1 performance 89 octane then my last one I'll set up with 3.55 gears and 91 octane, these will get me by for awhile or at least untill I do cams or something like that, the tech I talked to said it really didn't matter if I did headers, cat back,CAI with there tune but if I do a gear change that's when the tuner needs to be updated but I'll have the 3.55 tune as my 3rd custom tune so it will be there when I do the gears, all ready to download for more fun.

Had to manually get the X4 put on my computer to do the updates and all is good now so tomorrow I'll hook it up to my 16 and get the info to send in for my tunes,I'll load a canned tune and take her for a ride and see what the difference is,not sure if I need to drive it 50-100 miles to get the canned tune to make changes to the ecu,I know the rep from Bama told me I needed to drive it for a while before I would notice the change from adding the chip in my 95 but that's the obd1,we'll see how it goes tomorrow.

What?

This alone should tell you the person you were talking to isn't competent enough to pass on correct information, let alone tune your car.

MPT, VMP, Lund, or nothing.

That's the canned tune, forgot to add that opps, custom tunes will have all mods listed, should of worded it better. If I would of had the 3.55 in it already insted of 3.15s then there canned tune wouldn't be right.

I need more sleep......

When I loaded the canned tune just now it only asked about octane and didn't even see a line to change gear ratio, that will be on my custom tunes I suppose, went line by line just to see what I could change now but left it all set as is,I did notice when I started it after loading the can tune the idle seemed to be a bit different, going out soon as rain stops and going to put about 50 miles on it,just the ride to town and back will be about 24 miles.

Put on a radiator overflow cover and then loaded the PR-X tune.....Need to add that the canned tune worked really good, made mid range a whole new fun.
