I work in a body shop so the upholstery guy gave me a break but I paid $1100. I think most guys are paying about $1400.

Got the tires rotated and balanced... I don't think they balanced them very well, at 70-80 there is a very noticeable shake. It was there a little before they balanced them but now it's way worse..

I got stuck at Starbucks from a dead battery. I had to buy a cheapy from O'Reilly Auto for now, but at least I got her running.
Because I was parked on an incline, a guy said, "just let her roll and drop the clutch". Well, I know I can do that, but I have a brand new clutch. You know Murphy's Law...

I think you would be just fine only giving it 500 break-in miles. I ended up only hitting 600 before I decided to get on it pretty good and it held just fine. Exedy probably decided just to play it safe so that nobody messed their clutch up.

Went for a 140 mile cruise through the mountains. Managed to get 13 cars out for it.

Just had the check engine light come on for the first time. It was the first time I've ran the heat since I got the car, I don't know if that can trigger something or not. The crappy thing is that I just gave the code reader back to my dad yesterday because I thought I was good. It was running just fine, so I don't think it is anything to serious, but I don't know.
