I've put 6,700 miles on mine since I got mine in February. I was hoping to keep it at around 5,000 miles per year.

Unless you plan on being dead in 12 years I suspect many more years of character building ahead as retirement is far from the end of building character building.

I have the highest regard for someone who is willing to serve their country. But, I ask they you don't throw it out out like its a sucky job that your bored with. It cheapens the serviceman of the past and present. I do not mean to offend you, I just am a proud American who holds the armed forces in high regard.

true, just allows me to find other ways to build my character then spending 32 hours straight at work sleeping in an uncomfortable rack. Maybe after that character building will include me getting home to my bed every night

I am glad you do hold us in high regards. I am sorry you got the wrong idea since I do put on the uniform everyday and I do serve my country every day I am proud of what I do but do you ever vent about your job, do you ever find the occassion you are bored. I am sorry I am not stuffing sunshine in you and giving you a warm fuzzy but if I did I would be no different then the mickey mouse at Disney world jumping up and down smiling. Now I hope we are on the same page because I am not here to be lectured. As stated above i am here to talk and my venting because I was a little defensive earlier

As far as being a job, I can understand what you are saying. I won't be able to understand how it feels to be where your at. But, we are on the same page. I don't want you to feel like you are being lectured. For my earlier comments about the thread, maybe I should just say, be alert to keep certain threads closer to OP's topic. --->Be safe out there

I can understand that, like i said it's been one of those days, don't want to burn bridges with people here and in the spirit of the thread.

All this time, I thought you had a 2010 and plopped a supercharger on it. Cool, you did it to a 5.0, awesome Do you still have a high compression, or did you have to lower it some do FI?

Well that escalated quickly. Got a little aggressive, and a little heated, and slightly competitive lol........ Back to the subject,,, my squeaky noise is almost entirely gone I can only hear it over hard bumps now. And I washed the stanger for the first time in 3 weeks or 2000 miles, however you want to look at it. Regardless to say it was stupidity dirty.

I maintained the compression at an 11:1. The bottom of the engine is fully stock yet. The Whipple is pushing 9 psi and my final a/f ratio is 11:1 12:1 in a couple places but the TIVCT really helps to not expose the engine to too much pressure.
