That's sexy azure! I got mine all detailed yesterday, wash clay bar, and wax, plus polished up the exhaust tips. I should be buying a DD Tuesday so I can retire my pony from that duty. 41k miles in about 1 1/2 years

Thanks! Congrats on getting a DD. I want to pickup someone, but need to wait. I'm approaching 42k miles and hope I can keep it under 10k/yr until I pickup one.

Stupid question.... How do you polish exhaust tips? Previous owner blows and has like spray paint left on mine...

They sell polishing compounds meant for stainless that work well. Mothers makes a product called a power ball or power cone which attaches to a drill which works really well.

A junk box lol

1998 escort, 4 door, $400. It's a steal because the car is in pretty good mechanical condition. Only cost me $30 to fill up instead of the usual $60 of my mustang

Dig the her out of 1 foot of snow so I could drive her tomorrow. I'm pretty sure I scratched the fuh out of it because the bottom 2 inches was ice and it made a bad noise when it slid off... Now I'm scared...
