Window problem! Help please!

Hey guys ran into a bit of a problem today in my car. My girlfriend was trying to roll her window down today and it wouldn't go down! I tried it with the switch on my door(drivers side) and the window went down! And when she would hit the switch on her side at the same time as me, it would make the window stop moving! So there's definitely contact and power. What could be the problem? I removed the door panel and all the wires are good.

Sounds like the switch itself.

I bet that it's a malfunction in the switch.

Can I buy the oem switch? Any good sites? I figured it was the switch but I dont understand why it wouldn't make the window go down if the switch is making contact. My dad said it could be the copper contacts inside that are worn and not allowing enough current to flow?

Google shop it. I like autopartstomorrow.com they are local. If that doesn't work try rock auto the last stop being the ford dealer. Switches go just like in your house.

Rockauto is good. I ordered my gt bumper cover for 99$ from them. The price and customer service was good but I had to drive 3 hours to pick it up. Lol. It was ok tho since I only paid like 15$ for shipping. I'm looking at autopartstomorrow.com right now. it looks like a pretty good site
