I was in the market for a 5.0 and they had this one and of course I loved it the manager says hey if you want that boss I'll make a deal. And he did lol. I paid less than trade on for it and he gave Me 2k over value on my trade.

Swapped the dark gray sideskirts for some painted GT ones.
Got them from ebay for $90 delivered.

Next up:
19" GT Premium wheels: Also from ebay (paid $150 for wheels & tires!)

I will say I installed my o/r h pipe before my PYPES originally. When I was demodding it I changed the midpipe first and ran it with just the PYPES and it sounded much better but with less HP. I won't forget you guys like Charlie did :p I'm still a fan of the 3.7

Yea the pypes with stock exhaust sound too MEAN!!! It was way too loud with the LT headers but now that I put the glasspacks it's almost like just pypes but deeper, a tad louder & still get the HP gains!! I know Charlie straight ditched us & he still has his 3.7! Lmao.

Lol. I wish I knew the PYPES sounded that good with the stock exhaust but it's my fault I didn't listen to it before I put on the midpipes

I really wanted some staggered termi wheels at first but of course it was out of my budget range... Thankfully my buddy hooked me up with these bullitts and they're really growing on me!

Well mine are stock bullitts in front and 18x10s in the back... I really like the slight raked stance! Kinda wish the stock bullitts stuck out to the fenders a wee bit more. I've been looking around for a pair of 17x9s.

yea true that. they tend to tuck in too much. some 17x9's would look sweet. ive been thinkin of lookin for sum 17x10's for my v6 as well and keep my stock fronts

Put on some 2012 wheels.
Not the wheels I really wanted, but I needed tires, and the price for the set could not be beat.

ProChamber Cut-Away:
CLICK LINK TO SEE!
Patent US5740671 - Balance box exhaust accelerator - Google Patents

Got a MAC ProChamber for the '96 Cobra! Happy Boy!! I can not wait to cut away the 6 catalytic converters under there. Bonus will be the cash returned for trading them in a junk yard.
Final system outcome will be: Stock headers, metalic mini hi-flow cats, ProChamber, and Spintech 9000 mufflers.
-Should turn out as a fairly tamed version of a 4.6 DOHC engine growl. We'll see!
I have been shopping unique exhaust tips recently. It's hard to get away from SLP tips LINK:Universal Polished 4" Double-Wall Exhaust Tip 2.5" Inlet - Each - slponline.com
Any suggestions on tips for the Cobra?? Thanks.
