I would have done it all myself at home with a pair of jack stands if I didn't have a broken collar bone... damn lazy kids...

Maybe I should go get my 20 year old son and see if he wants to play "work on dads car" again..... Last time he helped me do anything it took 14 hours to install a Windstar that should have taken about 4 hours.

I can see a brake job taking the whole weekend if he helps me LOL
Tough luck man, I'm going to take auto mechanics at school and use the Internet to find out as much as I can about cars do I can start doing things myself

Cleaned the car, no wax or products for a while beside water, reason being new paint. But cleans well. And got around to putting the chin spoiler on(only half do to work, wouldn't finish it) and put some silicon on my new side scoops and window louvers(black to match paint) to set them firmly to the car and fill those unwanted cracks. All in all very good day

Im takin her down to charlotte motor speedway for the coca cola 600. Fun fact: my grandmother has spanked bobby labonte, and my uncle used to drag with him back in the 80s before he started racing. Thats the only reason i let a single chevy in my garage.

Hey everyone. I'm new to the forum. I have a 04 mustang convertable. 40th anniversary. Yesterday I gave her a wax and painted my calipers red. Today I'll probably clean the inside.

Recorded a video of new exhaust from different perspective. High revs and then drive away.

Re: What Did You Do To Your Sixxer Today?

I picked up a dual action sander to sand down my rear bumper that I purchased for $20. Take the old paint off, new paint on, then looking for a new mustang.

Well the car that I'm sanding the bumper down on is a six... that's why I'm selling it haha. But at one time it was done up beating some GTs. Its being sold for a 5 speed GT that is newer and being done up to beat the few cobras around here.

their dropzones should drop it 2" all around. my lil brother put them on his 02 gt and he loves them. not bad for the cheap price . his dropped a little more than 2" since its a gt but his car looks great. i was originally gona go with h&r springs but im not sure im gona sell this car and get a gt come income tax time again.

OK. Well I can wait to see how the car will sit with a 2" drop! That's the drop I would like on my next car. Hope everything goes well with the wheels and tires that your selling.

You should be fine. Just make sure to mark them more towards the tires rather than the wheels. Write down the tire size and use that because people are looking for tires that are OEM spec all the time.
