That's everything you need. 2 ballasts, 2 hid bulbs (your choice of color temp)... I believe it comes with a couple zip ties and double sided adhesive tape. You can get brackets and other unnecessary stuff for a little extra. $40 for a 35W kit and $50 for 55W.

You need the fog lamps and the harness... I used a universal wire harness.... Does the same thing anyway. $20 eBay. The harness kit usually comes with a universal on/off switch. I used that switch for a while until I found an OEM switch. Wired the fogs so it would only be turned on when the parking lights are on... Looks good plus I wouldn't leave the fogs on by accident.

---------- Post added at 11:29 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:28 AM ----------

You also need the 880 pigtails to accommodate the 880/893 bulbs that goes into the lamps.... BUT..... If you plan to run HIDs, there's no need to get the pigtails.
