Lol hank hill.

So guys I'm thinking really hard about buying a foxbody 5.0.... Keep the SIXXER just don't put any more money into her after the interior and get a fox for a restore rebuild and project car

They go cheap down here 1,000-3,000

I know this is a bias opinion coming from someone driving a fox ,BUT!...I promise you will not be disappointed if you choose to get one!..very very easy and cheap to make fast parts are more then plentiful and if you ever have a problem with it there's always someone that knows how to fix it..also very easy to work on!..DO IT

I was thinking about buying one and doing a two tone paint job(like some of them came with but different colors) a 351 and a blower and changing the tranny to a 6 speed and upper the rear end. Taking out the back seats etc. it would be a weekend driver/strip car.
Just a fun car.
I've read that some people do few mods and can put them into 13s with few things done.

And I love some old style welded wheels on them with some fat tires and tall too. I like that old school look on the foxes

I like how you said +5.0 made me laugh. And ya, they don't have tons of horsepower, but they are surprisingly very quick and fast.
But they are easy to make HP in that's why a lot of foxes are drag cars.

I'd rather have them ALL black though... No polished lip for me... They look good, just not my style. If I ever rock polished lips, it'd be with anthracite.

Aren't yours chrome?!

The 2ks are just the "extra" set. Lol if I can sell it for $450... I'd go for it!

Sorry to change the subject but wanted to ask- Are you putting one can of Seafoam in the gas tank and using the second can while the engine is running and pulling it into upper intake manifold with a vacuum line? You probably are, but if not, that will help performance BIG TIME. And yeah, I change my fuel filter with every oil change because its so easy to do. Good luck with sale/ new car!
