To spin in a v6, you need to do a burnout before. So be on your brake and give it gas so you begin to spin tire, then release the brake and give it more gas. Looks better with a t-lok tho.

-------

Just found out last night that in my new gt with a bit more than average gas it goes sideways into 3rd... didn't go to 4th because of a stoplights haha. I wet myself a little 0.0

Umm its on AM under drive train but I think its like $420? It might ne better to buy a used gt rear end. But if you do that I would throw in gears at the same time. You will be 100x happier!! But you will also need fluids.

You basically get the rear of the car on jacks, take off the wheels, unbolt the differential cover, rotate the axle until things unlock and then install. Then put the differential cover back on, open the fill hole, and fill up with some royal purple!

What do you want it to look like? Know that if you get other body parts (non-GT/V6), it would be more expensive so you end up spending more.

Mine doesn't look like a GT, does it?

Which body parts do you need to replace anyway?

I mean, if you want to keep it looking like a V6, then you might as well not change anything... But then again little subtle visual mods make a lot of difference... Like the Mach grille/chin... Fogs... If you want, just keep the V6 rear bumper but dump the exhaust after the mufflers....

My hood?! Blech... I'd trade you if yours was torch red! Lol I'd rather go for a GT hood with scoop. Although it looks identical to the 01 cobra hood... I find it too bland... Like it needs a little more bulk to it.

Right now I have my stock V6 sides on. My GT ones need reprinting... I do like the GT ones better.

---------- Post added at 05:28 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:27 PM ----------

Just find a black hood scoop for that hood.

Be careful if you buy the AM stick on hood scoop. On my ole sixxer, it flew up while I was driving down the highway!! If I was you I would purchase or find a real gt scoop and bolt it on. Ill try to find a link to a cheap one.

Plus, those are the boxy looking ones... Not exact replicas of the OEM ones.

Usually on CL people want like 100-150 or I've seen some for 200. It can get rediculous
