So, is that EngineKool just an addittive? What's the Antifreeze:EngineKool ratio?

Replaced the rear shocks (nothing special just stock replacements) the i was driving down the highway (55mph limit) and 2 cops flew past me. I swear they were going 100+ my car shifted from the wind off if them.

So I'm thoroughly freaked out. Never had a cop do that before

Re: What Did You Do To Your Sixxer Today?

Not all today, but over the weekend so far:

1. Replaced the headlights with new units. Nothing fancy, just OEM style.

2. Replaced the side cowl insert that was missing when I bought the car.

3. Replaced the stock springs with Ford B springs. Nothing huge yet in drop...maybe a half inch...but I think they will settle in nicely.

4. Obligatory wash job . (My brother's shop is down a gravel road. It's always a spray bath after a visit there, but that's a small price to pay for a free lift and tools.)

Pics:

Headlights before:

Headlights after:

Missing cowl insert:

Fixified!:

With "B" springs installed. (Should settle probably another 1/2" or so.):

I guess I should mention that the parts were courtesy of Late Model Restorations and CJs Pony Parts. Both companies were excellent to deal with. Good prices and fast shipping.

That is an additive sold by NAPA. You have to remove 16oz of fluid to add this can, or pour it in first when replacing all the fluid. I was told by a chemist who does my closed loop treatment at work about it, read up some on it, and tried it. You have to change fluid again in one year though. Believe it or not, this **** works! I can't believe it myself. We shall see what happens the rest of the week with 95+ degree days. So far, so good...

It's probably not a bad idea to change it annually anyway. Thanks.

Not quite as slick as yours yet. That avatar pic looks awesome!

But it's coming around. I can't wait to see how low it goes once the springs settle in. After this, a Mach 1 spoiler is the next project.

Some nice looking sixes in this thread.

Haha, I'm slow as hell but I love the way my car hugs corners, I run soft tires to help w/ traction, that's why I think they smoke so much

Honestly last night I heard a GTO and it sounded ricy idk the v6 mustang sounds better then the one I heard it was like rice mixed with muscle it was just bad. And when he stepped on it I sware I was hearing an annoying ricy sound. Then I turn on my 4.6 2v and it sounded deeper and better when I step on it. Weird
