Now when I was driving I was in OD at 45 and I pressed down on the gas and it felt like it was gonna die and had a hard time down shifting to 3rd

For the idling i forgot to mention cleaning the Idle Air Control (IAC) as for that, maybe check the transmission speed sensors? New ones are cheap, so they can't hurt to replace. Unless, this is a manual car...

Today, I tried that Mothers clay bar that these boys have been babbling about for a while now. Lol my first time using clay bar. for the engine I just used a can of Enginebrite.
