Those codes are just simple codes.
U can't pull engine codes off the dash. U have to have a tuner or reader etc. the ones u get off the dash r small problems

But why would there be air bubbles? And it didn't cool back down until I came to a co plate stop for a minute or two or shut the car off

Also noticed another problem today
When slowing down going from 3-2
It's an auto
Instead of it being smooth like normal it almost slammed into the gear and clunked in and made the car nose dive.
Then I was driving in OD and gave it some gas Rpms went up but the car stuttered like it wanted to die.
I'm getting kinda worried.

For the overheating, check your thermostat, may be malfunctioning. The problem you just described could either be something in the ignition or fuel injection. Make sure your wires arent crossing anywhere.

Just throwing this in there my girlfriends 2003 was having a ton of problems driving after she got new tires and all she had to do was turn the traction control of for about a month every time she drove and now it's okay.

Lol sounds like the two have nothing to do with each other on your girls car....ive swapped tires lots just for kicks and theres nothing you can really mess up unless they destroyed a speed sensor but that would pop an ABS light
