Cows are the dumbest creatures out there. Trains have tons of issues with them. They just stop and watch.

Some jerk in my neighborhood dropped a bunch of paint on the road. It looked dry, but when I ran over it I slung paint all over my inner wheelhouses! I swear i'd love to punch whoever left it there without doing anything in the face! Took a lot of pressure washing and picking at it with my nails to remove it all..

One day I was driving like 75 mph in my wife's 08 focus and a raccoon ran straight to my side front wheels. That was sudden death and a rolling over on the spot. It sounded like I popped a bag full of air. Was weird. What are the chances of that.

I was driving down the road and saw a dead raccoon and thought to go right over it with the middle instead of around it...
Forgot I was in a low car and hit it...
Not my best idea

Re: worse stuff ever ran over in the street

I have a co-worker that called me one time. Seems she was motoring down the highway in a company car, saw what appeared to be brown dirt completly covering the highway. As she approached the huge mass/spill on the highway at 70+, she crossed what seemed to be 100+ feet of waste from the honey-wagon / truck in front of her. For those that may not know, honey wagon is the term used for the tanker/trucks that suck out porta-potties. The at-capacity truck had a massive rupture of the tank, thousands of gallons of excrement were on the highway. Anyways, she realizes too late what the mess is - blasts through it and stops after, wondering what the crap just happened (pun intended). Wipers are going full blast, and some of it managed to get in to the cowl vents, she is now gagging, doing the dry heaves as she is telling me this on the phone. I am sitting at my office, LMAO! Trying to calm her down, telling her to go to a drive through carwash MANY times. The stench is absolute, and it has now permeated the vent system, and interior of the car. I am LMAO just recalling the incident. Needless to say, the car was never the same.

I had my nephew in my moms Buick, who was about 5 at the time, when I drove around a dead opossum. My nephew wanted to see the road kill, so I put it in reverse and he opened the door. He stared in shock and horror, and when he came to, he just puked, I mean puked, all over the side of my moms car. It was hilarious, curiosity got the better of him for sure, and my mom wasn't to thrilled about it. I haven't hit really anything bad in the road yet, got really close to nailing a coyote though.
