Not what I expected! Dang carfax EPIC FAIL.

Come to find out the cobra I was looking at has supposed frame/unibody damage. Car fax comes back clean. Insurance company found it on a report but wouldn't release any info other than it had sustained severe damage. Going to inspect the undercarriage and see if I can see any repairs?! If it is in fact hurt I guess my quest for another mustang continues.

Would like to hear opinions.
Option #1 Keep my Mach and keep searching for a nice stang within my budget for a dd.
#2 Trade/sell the Mach and get a 03-04 TR terminator with LOW miles. Found a 10th ani on svtp. Only car I would get rid of the Mach its my first mustang original owner very sentimental value.
#3 find a cheap dd and park the Mach to start my 5.0 motor build?

Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks

Too bad about the Cobra. I'd go with option 3 since you would be able to save money faster for the engine build.

1997 Cobra - 336rwhp/298tq, 03 Aviator long block with a few mods and a built IRS with 4:56's.

Tough decision! The bad thing is you might need to upgrade your drivetrain if you swap for a 5.0...? I can totally understand the sentimental value with that being your first Mustang, cause its a Mach! Since your Mach is still hot looking and there is no real body styling gain, I believe I'd lean toward the Coyote swap!
