Mufflers

I have a 98 cobra and love the tone of the mufflers but the sound is a little subtle for my liking. I live in the Nazi state of California so I can't just gut the cats or run true duals, and I'm afraid of loudmouths being too loud for the donut eating cops of my neighboring city when I pass through. I was wondering what I could due to amp up my exhaust, would resonator tips from slp give it a bit more bite?

Do you think resonator tips would do anything to the volume? The superflo's sound pretty good. I don't care too much for the American thunder series mufflers which are 44's I believe.

I recently installed the Pypes Pypebombs on my 09 Shelby and I am not happy with them. I did it as a muffler delete and, while it's loud, I just don't like the tone. Not sure how much different the 4.6 will differ from my 5.4.

Only bad thing about YouTube clips is the wide mods done on the cars like cams, headers, midpipes and things like that which make the exhaust sound different.

Yes it's hard to find a car with the exact set up you wanna hear.
