Not getting max power

Can anyway one tell me what's goin on with my 95 cobra its takin for ever to pick up speed I floor it and it won't get up like it use to things I've heard were timing is off, might need a new filter on my cold air intake, fuel line might be clogged up. Any suggestions?

If it hesitates and bucks when you floor it it's most likely your fuel pump.
I had the same problem with my old 86 5.0, got a new fuel pump and filter and good to go.
