Push rod 5.0's.. Only thing better is a 351w.. Also push rod.. Mod motors are far to raspy for my taste.

I really like the way mine sounds, especially WOT, but I'm still partial to the pushrod 5.0's.

With what set up? My 4.6 sounds like crap and no matter what I do to the exhaust it keeps sounding worse :/

I'd say the new 5.0 sounds the best down low.

You have a 2v 4.6L. Dunno why they sound different. I guess the number of valves...?

I've heard others say that about 3v's here on ME. No experience on that for me. I haven't heard a 2005 - 2010 go WOT.

Yea the 3v's sound different than the 2 and 4v, but the 4v is the best, like the Mach 1's and cobras

Re: best sounding stang

Y's aren't for 6s anymore. We've got an X-H hybrid now.

I love my new 5.0 but my old 5.0 with the f cam with custom 3 inch slp loudmouths is where my heart is sold, even thought of selling my new stang just to rebuild my 87...
