Which car?

Which car would you choose? 1966 Chevelle which has been in my family since it was new or 1989 5.0. I'm leaning towards restoring the Chevelle.

Yeah my dad and uncles used to race it, it's been sitting in the garage for about 30 years.

Re: Which car?

Fox's are a dime a dozen. '66 Chevelles are a bit harder to come by.

Re: Which car?

Go chevelle, but go to the junk yard and find a 454 Big Block from a '70 and swap that in, those are monster engines.

I should of said it had a 396, I no longer have the block, I've always liked and wanted a 70 with the ls6.

396 is a great motor but I think the 327 is even better. My dad had a Chevy II with a 327 and would bet his brother with his 396 camaro
