What do the neighbors think.

O those who have loud exhausts what are your neighbors reactions when you drive by.
Most of my neighbors give me an evil glare, some smile, but all look and turn around when I drive bye. It's a great feeling.

Re: What do the neighbors think.

Neighbor on one side has a loud a$$ Harley; the one on the other side has a '67 Firebird 400 with Magnaflows. Neighbor across the street has a '69 Camaro with a built 396 and similarly loud exhaust. Nobody seems to mind my Flowmaster American Thunder axle backs.

Me too... The neighborhood I live in is full of the people who like to put 25 inch weeks on their cheap Caddilacs

Some of my neighbors told me straight up that my cars smells......you know the fumes and all. I told em that's what a muscle car is, end of story. You don't like it?? Move.

It doesn't help that it's a shared indoor parking for our condo units.....lol

+ I make sure to make plenty of noise on my early Sunday morning drives!

You're so right! That's the best smell ever. Any muscle car person knows and loves that smell. They should make a air freshener with that sent !

The three mustangs have no cats and full catbacks. I'll even hit the 2step on the cobrs once a week or so.
Nothing said besides the occasional comment on how they like the cars.

Re: What do the neighbors think.

I have just a axelback right now but I've got LTs and a OR X in the garage waiting to go on. I'm sure the neighbors won't give a **** because I only drive her bout once a week and Im pretty quiet about everything else I do at home.

I had a full exhaust on my 07 and nothing was said and the Cobra.....it would shake the mirror in the downstairs bathroom when I started her up and the neighbors never complained so I figure I'm good to go when I put the new exhaust on the 5.0.

Re: What do the neighbors think.

My neighbor loves Mustangs, so it's music to his ears whenever he hears me roll out to work in the morning. Sometimes he likes to watch me back the car out, just to hear it growl
