DDTCM is just getting started.
Re: No more stang

Important thing is that you are ok. Even if you feel ok now you are gonna be sore as **** so here is some advice for you.

I am speaking from experience......

First thing tomorrow, call a personal injury lawyer. That way they can relieve all the stress of fighting with the insurance companies and they will handle all your bills until its settled. Another thing,if the other insurance company calls you.....do not answer any of their questions because they will use your answers against you later. They will ask you if you are hurt and if you tell them "I'm fine" they will use it against you later even if the pain come to you a couple days after the accident. Just respond with,"My lawyer has instructed me to not answer any questions and he will be in contact with you"

Hope it all works out and again, glad you are ok brother.

That sucks man. Glad you are ok. Make sure they checked you out real well, when I totaled my truck I though I was fine... Then 2 months later my back was so bad I could barely walk.

Also, let us know if you want to travel to get a new fox. There's a couple nice ones here in FLA, I'll happily go test drive 'em and give you the rundown

Re: No more stang

Since he was drunk driving and put you in the hospital, hire a good lawyer and take everything from him. Hire a good lawyer and you could possibly be sitting in a 2013 GT500 soon.

Sorry you got to deal with this crap. I am also very glad you are ok. You do have insurance for a reason. I suggest you follow the advice given above and get an attorney. Hope this all resolves quickly and easily for you.

That really sux man. You had to deal with the consequences of someone else's poor decision making.

I agree with get a lawyer. And also since foxes are getting more scarce. I would try to buy back your stang if its totaled. You maybe able to use it as a donor car if you can only find a 4 cylinder or if you just have a lot of parts on it you'd like to keep.

Good luck man.

Glad to hear that you made it out ok bud. Start your shopping now so you can take ur time picking the right one and it will keep your mind off the crap that just happened. Keep your mind busy and by the time your body gets better and the dust settles you can pick up right where u left off and not skip a beat.

You have many stangs to choose from; however, there is only ONE of you. It's good that you're in one piece.
