Cause no reason to waste time on the wiring of a gauge if it is truly not getting 100% of what it is tuned for.
Thats too funny, are these guys testing their work!
I too had a lot of issues with the initial install. My boost gauge was fluttering like crazy and i could never tell if i had 6 or 9 pound of Boost. Even with my foot on the gas hard the gauge would stay in vacuum.
At that time my car felt a lot slower than previous with just my Steeda cai and tune.
After 35h of work + 2 ecu reflash by Roush they finally got it right, no more misfire and no more fluttering.
I'm suspecting a vacuum leak for you or they simply tapped the gauge at the wrong spot.
If you look at the gauge installation manual its not that complicated i'm wondering why they keep messing it up the first time.
Hopefully they'll fix it asap for you.
