Front & Rear sway bars

I have a convertible GT and when ever I go over bumps and potholes, the convertible rattles like a rattling noise. Will the elibach rear & front sway bar kit make a noticeable difference? And also will a strut tower brace stiffen up the front end? Please help want to purchase these soon but don't want to spend $400/500 if its not going to make a difference
