Speeding ticket

Got my first ticket in my mustang today.
Some A-hole on the highway was driving recklessly. Brake checking me as riding my arse in their Honda civic. Throwing gang signs at me. I dropped the hammer on em and cop got me for 102 in a 60. Thank god he got me as I was downshifting or it woulda been ALOT worse.

Lol attorney fee is $500. It's 42mph over the speed limit. Attorney says he can get te speed reduced significantly so it doesn't affect my insurance on go on my record. But I'll still pay a hefty fine. So I'm thinking about $1,500 in total cost

I got pulled over for doing 120 in a 55 in Florida by a state trooper, I thought I was going to jail for sure. Got lucky and the cop only wrote me for doing 56 mph because he knew my stepdad at the acadamy and there was no traffic on the road.

Friend with the Louisiana state police said that if they didn't take my license on the scene, then I won't lose it in court. That's mainly what I was worried about. Now to get it reduced.

This only my 2nd speeding ticket ever. My first was the day I got my license when I was 18 in 1996.
I overdid myself on this one and got a good one lol

I did get in front of them. But they kept going to the 3rd lane, going around other cars just to get in front of me. Don't know what their problem was tho.

Lol thanks. Attorney said he can get it all taken care of.
I already have money put aside for the install. I'd rather a professional do it since the bumper has to come off. I want everything to line up right.

I've already tried to convince him to do it at the house. It was hard enough to convince him to let me install his turn signals. Lol

I am not that great under the hood and around the car, but even I was able to do some of the mods on my 08 with the help of American muscle.

Nice.
Not sure. Has a bald head. I'm 6'2". So he was probably about 5'7"-8". I can't read his scribbling on the ticket to figure out his name. And I failed to read his badge lol. Said he has been an officer for 15 years. He was actually cool as hell. He checked out everything on my car just short of having me lift the hood.
