Not sure on what bumper to get, but a set of cobra tails sure would look good, and that damage on the deck lid could be covered up with a deck lid blackout thingy.

All of the windows were fogged up, and I was tired, and I forgot my big a$$ truck was parked where I was backing... That scared the hell out of me :CRUNCH!!!!!!!!!: "oh ****"

Don't you want to trade it in for a vert? If so, go the cheapest route possible. Nothing you upgrade to will increase the value of the car. So I'd say get a tail light and try to find a used bumper that would hopefully be the same color.
