Crashed stang, what to do

She obviously needs a new bumper, but what should I get?

Not sure on what bumper to get, but a set of cobra tails sure would look good, and that damage on the deck lid could be covered up with a deck lid blackout thingy.

Damage

Did you back into something or someone hit you? Or did you finally give in to the girlfriend and she wrecked it?

Don't you want to trade it in for a vert? If so, go the cheapest route possible. Nothing you upgrade to will increase the value of the car. So I'd say get a tail light and try to find a used bumper that would hopefully be the same color.
