10000% depends on how the mods were done and how it was taken care of (also the tune is VERY important)

if the owner really doesnt know much, cant tell how what the A/F is and cant produce a dyno etc those are red flags.

read up on Terminator FAQs

They probably won't know anything about it then...

With the whipple and im sure other mods it could be fine and could be a basket case of problems

Find out what size pulley and what size blower. There are no pulleys that only make 3psi. Salesman is flat out lying to you.

No, the only way to adjust boost is by the size of the pulleys

Sounds more like the salesman don't know jack about cars, let alone anything about the Aftermarket!.. But then again some of them lie so much that is all they can do!.. I had a salesman tell me once how he was going to be getting a newer GT500!.. And that his plans were to SC it because 500hp NA was not enough for him!.. I just stared at him!..

I had no clue what to say after that!!... Lol.

I would find a near stock version that is from someone that knows the car and can give you all the history, dont just go blind and buy one, that dealership has 0 clues about that car, its not worth the risk, who knows what might be wrong.

So I skipped on the cobra since they didn't have any paperwork for the stuff and the previews owner doesn't have the tuner for it. I found an 03 bone stock white cobra with 53k miles for 18k. What you guys think, it just has Bullitts on it instead of the stock ones

Sounds good, you can probably find one with less miles tho, if your patient. I personally wouldn't buy one that's been modded.

Just have someone experienced in the cars look at it. I've looked at two "bone stock" 03/04's in the past month that either currently had mods or were demodded before sale. A true stock car is worth more than a demodded car.

if the mods are done right and you like them or dont mind them the value should not be hurt (I am not talking about hacking up stuff just normal stuff or a basic pulley change)

its hard to find one done right etc though so most just go for as close to stock as they can find

How much was that kenne bell cobra? I would be tempted to test drive it to a dyno shop and if it is running a healthy tune pick it up.
