A CAI and tune will not void a mechanical issue like I hear in the video. That's like saying an axleback exhaust will void a warranty covering faulty headlight assemblies. What wheels and tires do you have and where did you get them? If you still have the original wheels and tires, put them back on and see if the noise goes away because it sounds like you may have clearance issues with one of your wheels.

Then those shouldn't void your warranty either. Take it to the dealer to get it checked out

The CAI and tune will void the warranty to most dealers... Just remember that it is up to the dealer to determine what you do to your car determines if you voided the warranty in most cases. Most of those parts you can return to stock, but even if you set your tune back to stock it will still show up in the ECU.

Thanks to the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, the dealer would have to prove that one of those modifications caused the issue he is currently having in order to void the warranty. Seeing as how it sounds like something suspension or brake related, that should be next to impossible.

Do you have the ability to put either the front or rear on jackstands?

If so jack either end and by hand spin each wheel until you find out which one it is. It sounded like the pass front to me.

You will have to pull the wheel off the car as it sounds like brake noise to me.
