Will a throttle body spacer lower mpg?

I have a 2007 mustang and im wondering if the spacer will lower my mpg's. Will i notice a power gain with it at all and if it does lower my mpg's is it worth it for the power i'll be geting?

It may, but it will be probably be un-noticable.
