Restoration Parts?

I have a 89 Mustang and i want to restore. But i have no clue where i could get a good deal on exterior parts. Like i need new fenders because the ones on this mustang are GONE!!! Rust got through them like bread and butter. But anyway back to the point. If anyone could give me an idea on where to go that would be great. Thanks

It's a long shot, but try some Ford dealers. If they are willing to do a computer search, possibly they can locate some new fenders in another dealer's inventory.
Secondly, check auto scrap yards.
Third, go to some auto swap meets...it's a long shot, but you can find some bargains if you get lucky.
Fourth, check with some auto restoration shops on the web.
Fifth, advertise in car magazines stating your requirements.
Sixth, pass the word around to your friends and at work.
Good luck! Something will turn up.

If you want to 'restore' it, then you need to try to find original fenders, etc. - check with junk yards, or online.

If you are just putting it back together, you can get aftermarket fenders from several places - just do a couple of searches. Careful though - the cheaper they are, the more likely you are to have fit and finish problems.
