Can the maintence be expensive?

I want to buy a 1965 ford mustang. I wanted to know if the maintence on these cars are very expensive, and are the parts sitll replaceable if something goes wrong, cause this is 2009.

Yep. That's a beautiful car.
Maintenance ...no more or less than any other car.
I'm sure all the parts are still available. - The car is not 'that' old. - In comparison to me anyway. lol

It can be a fun car but Old cars do require more maintenance than the new ones.
in 1965, distributors had points in them which had to be adjusted and or replaced periodically and the ignition timing needed to reset.

All the parts are easy to get and it is not expensive to fix.

But maintenance could get expensive because they break down a lot.
