Should I spend money on an attorney or just pay the car part?

I made the big mistake of taking my 09 Mustang to this car accessories shop. I wanted HID lights, the owner of the shop installed them. A few days later it burned my the entire headlight. The owner said he was going to replace it with the original part. It was a waste of time and money going back and forth since he kept saying he had the part and it turned out it wasn't. Which was not understandable at all. When the headlight was replace, it was NOT the original and he refuse to give my original headlight that came with the car back. The whole time he was unprofessional and rude. I really want an original headlight and I want it replaced at the dealership which is going to be $500. I just want to know if I take this guy to court will I win the case.

if you got the time, it sounds like you'd win, keep in mind that 78% of the people who loose in small claims court still don't pay there judgment.....
