Is A 2009 Ford Mustang Too Much?

Do you think a 2009 ford mustang is too much for a 17 year old to handle? My mom wont get me one because she says that i dont need that much power.. Although it would have to be automatic. Because i have no clue how to drive a Manual.

If you can pay for it then it's not too much power but if you want somebody else to pay for it be grateful for anything you get.

Yes, I do think it's too much, unless you can afford to buy it yourself.
