I have a fan clutch on my ford mustang that has a screw cap.?

Is this posssible, I am used to a bolt on fan clutch. What the heck is this thing. I cant find a part replacement for it anywhere. It looks like it screws on the water pump

Lots of fords use this type of set up. Auto Zone sells it and rents the tool to remove it.

I have never seen this, but it can work as long as the treads go the opposite direction from rotation. This way the screw cap does not come loose.
