What would a 1968 Mustang Coupe with an upgraded 305 block, a little bit of rust (but only on easily replaceable parts i.e. bumper) a new sound system, a near perfect interior and a near perfect body go for?
Just an approximate guess please. Any info would help.
Go to http://www.nadaguides.com and you'll find the '68 302V8 coupe listed at $8,000 for the low price and $15,000 for average retail with a high retail ( a really perfect one) bringing around $18,000. Of course like any vintage car it depends on how much someone is willing to pay for one at the time it's up for sale.
about 5 grand right now,my nephew sold his to do some work on his newer car and he got 5-8 grand for it and it in pretty good shape,it needed work though but not much, you can easily get around 5 for it to the right buyer, good luck.
