Mustang to T-Bird Intake?

My buddy has a 1997 ford mustang 4.6L (281) OHC, and I have a 1996 ford thunderbird 4.6L (281) OHC. His mustang recently was T-boned on the rear driver's side, and it's sitting in a junkyard. He told me he could get me any parts from it I wanted. I have been having trouble with a cracked intake manifold, and I can't find the crack to JB weld it, could I use his intake manifold, if it is not damaged, in my T-Bird?

yes you can use it but it may crack too. The fix is to get the pi intake with the aluminum crossover instead of all plastic.
