Im about to buy this mustang gt 2003 in $10000 and it have 50000 miles its a good deal or not?

You should also consider that such a car may be expensive to insure. Check your insurance rates before buying one, for example here - carquotes.imess.net

I think so since gt's have high values and if the car is in good shape then i would buy it and it has low miles for the year too. One good way to see if the price is good is by looking it up on kbb.com that is kelly blue book website
