Is six thousand dollars too much for a 2002 ford mustang?

i do not know how much mileage it has nor do i know what size motor it has. it is a 5 speed

sounds high priced. I'd give the owner at most 4,000 for it.
but your missing some info on the car. if it has over 30,000 miles
then at least 2,000 to 5,000. anymore than 30,000 not worth it for that much.
