How Hard is it to swap a 89 mustang rear end into a 86 mustang???
I have a 1986 mustang that is a V6 but not for long... I also picked up a beat up but really good parts 89 5.0, posi and chp suspension....
As my project car I'm going to swap everything but first the rear end how hard is this going to be and what should I expect doing this my self?
(I heard that it all swaps over)

Not that bad, just shocks, drive shaft, brake lines, upper and loser control arms and it's out. You will probably have to remove the mufflers to get to the inner nut on the lower control arms. Simple really just takes time working on your back.

Believe me, it's not hard but it does take a little time. It's not hard at all. It's just a jackup and tinker job. You'll need some help putting it in place though.
