How can I mod a Ford 2.3 for racing?

So i have a 92 Ford Mustang 2.3L distributerless engine.
I hear a lot about them being great engines for racing but i cant find any parts for it, and yeah... stock im pretty sure a daewu could out run it...
on the bright side i did find a thunderbird turbo coupe to use as a doner car for all the turbo set up. But I'm wanting to go past that, i want an engine that will haul, not just keep up.

so yeah.
What all should i start with doing...
and where can i find the parts?

check with this group

http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/svoowners

you will need the Turbo coupe engine, port and polish the heads and intake, better cam, R3/R4 turbo, large intercooler and 3 inch exhaust, O ring the heads and use a adjustible boost to run over 20 lbs. to get over 300 hp, oh and add 150 Nitrous...

I would do the turbo swap. You sometimes find parts on ebay, as well as various mustang forums.
