Got my oil changed at jiffy lube and they told me a need one and would charge like $40 $45 for it. The part is like $10 is it an easy replacement?

you need a special release tool to remove the lines, a small flathead screw driver and a little bit of flexibility. i did one in the drive way on my sister in laws car years ago. took all of about 8 minutes, because i had to remove and reinstall the clamp that holds the filter to the frame. but i used to work a jiffy, so i have had a great deal of practice on them.
