Can anyone identify this sound on my car?

I have a 2005 Mustang GT and it started making this strange chirping sound at low speeds, it does it when the car is in motion and not just on the brakes but when its not on the brakes as well. Thanks for any and all help!

heres a youtube link to the sound

Timing belt tensioner? Water pump? Alternator bearing (adjust)? Your link does not work.

It sounds like a bearing somewhere , possibly a belt tensioner, But I also had a car that did this with a vacuum leak. Does it make the noise when parked ? If not, then it must be in the axel or wheel area. Can you tell if it is from the front or rear? Might be able to pin point it if you lift the wheels off the ground on a hoist and run it/
