Solid cars as long as it isn't raining. Or any weather for that matter. Really light rear ends make for easy tire spinning especially with a manual. I have owned a V6 and V8, both I wish I never owned in the rain. Don't forget, no matter what, you're a cop magnet. Got pulled over 4 times, two for speeding 8-10 over. I have since owned a Speed6 turbo sedan that's just as fast as a Mustang, but has all wheel drive, 6 speed manual, and can handle much better in the curves and feel a lot safer going out in any sort of weather. And I have yet to have been pulled over in the sedan. Try not to jinx myself.. However you may live on flat lands with hardly any rain, I don't know. I personally know, I got in a lot of trouble in my first car (one of the Mustangs). Just weigh out your options with what you're able to afford, and make the best decision.
